We offer reasonable returns and refunds on NON-Custom-made items within 30 days from the original purchase, to the original purchaser, to the original payment method.​ Items MUST be in the original packaging. The purchaser will NOT be refunded the original shipping cost on the items and will be solely responsible for shipping costs to return the items.​ The purchaser will be refunded once OBS Interiors receives the item(s) back in their possession.​

Custom Products​

We do NOT offer returns or refunds on products that are custom made to order. Products this pertains to, have this advertised directly on the product pages and the purchaser is agreeing to this upon completing the purchase. As far as interior projects, please review the warranty section of the terms and conditions.
